CloudBees Innovation Awards

Award Name Award Criteria
DevOps Automation Excellence Award This award is presented to the CloudBees customer that exemplifies the most outstanding automated DevOps process across a team or organization with the use of CloudBees solutions.
DevOps Scalability Achievement Award This award is presented to the CloudBees customer demonstrating the most outstanding highly-scaled Continuous Delivery and DevOps implementation across a team or organization with the use of CloudBees solutions.
DevOps Rising Star This award recognizes a CloudBees customer that has recently embarked on a DevOps transformation within the last year and is achieving results right out of the gate with the use of CloudBees solutions.
Diversity in DevOps This award recognizes a CloudBees customer that has:
  • Implemented diversity and inclusion practices within its DevOps community that embrace the uniqueness of all employees.
  • Adopted practices that empower and celebrate team members to spur innovation and stronger business outcomes.

Jenkins Community Awards

Award Name Award Criteria
Most Valuable Contributor This award is presented to an individual who has contributed to the Jenkins project the most through new features, bug fixes or plugin development efforts
Jenkins Security MVP This award is presented to an individual most consistently providing excellent security reports or resolving security issues.
Most valuable Jenkins Advocate This award is presented to an individual who has helped advocate for Jenkins through organization of a local Jenkins Area Meet­up(s), or virtual equivalent.

Jenkins X Community Awards

Award Name Award Criteria
Most valuable new contributor This award is presented to an individual who did their first contribution after the last awards (after August 2019)
Most valuable new contribution This award is presented to an individual who contributed a single feature / capability that Jenkins X could not do before or a platform it could not run on before.
Most innovative Jenkins X implementation This award is presented to an innovative user who has embraced Jenkins X

Submissions will be accepted until 11:59 p.m., Pacific Time on August 9, 2020.


Who is eligible to win a CloudBees Innovation Award?
Any CloudBees customer.


Who is eligible to win a Jenkins X Community Award?
Any individual who has contributed to the Jenkins X project within the past year.


Who is eligible to win a Jenkins Community Award?
Any individual who has contributed to the Jenkins community within the past two years.


Can I nominate myself or my own organization?
Yes!


Can I submit on behalf of a team?
Yes!


Can I nominate for more than one category?
Yes!


Can I submit for the same project multiple years in a row?
No


I won this award in previous years. Can I submit again?
Yes, but the project or use case must be different.


How can I improve my nomination?
The more detail you provide – including information about you or your organization, technical details, and success metrics – the easier it will be for our panel of judges to evaluate your nomination. Include links to blogs you’ve written, case studies, videos, conference presentations or webinars that demonstrate your thought leadership and results.


Do I have to attend DevOps World 2020 to accept the award?
No, you don’t have to be present, but we would love to see there online.


How will the awards be publicized?
Award winners will be featured on the DevOps World 2020 website and in a CloudBees-sponsored press release and blog post. Your win will be featured on our social media platforms. For CloudBees Innovation Award winners, we might create a video highlighting your achievement or invite you to present at the event.


What are the prizes?
Fame and bragging rights! You’ll be highlighted during DevOps World 2020 and you’ll also receive a trophy, which we will ship to you.
